The resource must undergo the process in order to obtain a level 1 security clearance from the Ministère de la Sécurité publique.
Mandate specific requirements
The following specific requirements are required:
Be a good communicator both orally and in writing;
Know how ticketing tools work;
Have experience of sccm (deployment of applications and control etc...) and of Active Directory.
DESCRIPTION OF THE MANDATE
The Customer Service Department needs a computer technician for technical support. The role of the resource will be to
answer telephone calls, travel for on-site support when required and participate in the various
relocations/refurbishments of Montreal premises.
Scope and activities requested for a specific mandate
Receive and record calls (requests and incidents) from users in the service center ticketing tool;
Act as the main responder for the management of incidents/requests, issue a diagnosis, establish priorities and resolve
the issues;
Transfer, if necessary, the incidents/requests to the various stakeholders as the case may be;
Follow up on incidents/requests with users and ensure compliance with service levels;
Ensure communication with users;
Perform installation, configuration and update requests for software packages and software;
Proceed with the physical installation of computers and participate in the evolution of the computer park;
Act as a technical resource for any printing problem including cartridge changes;
Carry out the various moves / rearrangements of office equipment when required;
Provide support in meeting rooms (videoconferences, presentation configuration, etc.);
Receive goods (cartridges and others);
Write or correct the installation procedures as appropriate.
