PURPOSE OF JOB

The incumbent will support the Supply Chain and Technology Analyst in various tasks and projects. The department supports the teams' continuous improvement projects, and a mandate of the intern will be the management of the project to implement these initiatives in our IT system.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Carry out the management of a project specifically of continuous improvement of a system, assist in coordination of the teams;
  • Perform tests and modifications to the system according to the needs of users based on the user manual of the technological solution;
  • Participate in the preparation of test cases, plans and perform tests on systems.
  • Ensure the progress of the project, be responsible for centralizing technology tickets and follow up with users of the IT team and suppliers;
  • Work with the company's users to make them autonomous in the use of technological solutions;
  • Collaborate and implement work tools for management (Power BI reports) to improve supply chain processes;
  • Assist in the update of the supply chain process charter;
  • Participate in the update and creation of user manuals;
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration/Operations Management/Information Technology or equivalent;
  • Knowledge of project management;
  • Knowledge of the supply chain preferably in the field of fashion and/or retail;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Power BI, ERP system or other database software;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Be a team player with attentive listening and a positive attitude;
  • Strong interest in business administration in general;
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Autonomy and thoroughness in his/her work;
  • Curiosity and strong sense of innovation;
  • Organizational skills and management of priorities;
  • Effective problem solving skills.
