Store Manager, Key Responsibilities;

• influence the results, including sales and profit
• determine your store’s product assortment through buying to the needs of the community
• be actively involved and connect with the store’s local community
• be part of a profitable Canadian owned company with more than 50 years of proven success

Store Manager, Key Requirements:

• A passion for customer service and merchandising excellence
• Minimum 3 years’ retail experience in a high volume, big box, fast-paced retail store
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit and skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and with learning new software
• Bilingualism (French & English) is required for this role in Quebec Area.

Capacité à examiner, analyser et prendre les mesures appropriées basées sur les résultats financiers;
Forte compréhension de la façon de construire le fondement de la marque Tigre Géant dans la communauté;
Esprit et compétences en entrepreneuriat;
Un leader bien établi avec expérience à gérer des équipes;
Style de leadership avec une habilité prouvée à générer des résultats;
Fortes compétences en organisation et planification;
Habileté à utiliser des programmes informatiques (Word et Excel) avec une facilité à apprendre des nouveaux logiciels.
