Showroom Administrative Assistant Job at Timeless Furniture
We are seeking a Showroom Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft client correspondence
- Arrange and schedule appointments and events
- Greet clients and assist clients with fabric, leather and furniture selections and pricing
- Benefits administrator
- Manage client payments
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop, implement and maintain organized filing systems
- Organize time sheets and submit for payroll
- Prepare and send invoices and receipts to clients
- Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices
- Organize and track vendor invoices and information
- Pull vendor and subcontractor invoices to be paid weekly, ensuring that payments are made on time and correctly
- Organize bookkeeping and receipts
- Generate, maintain and deliver tracking and reports to management
- Perform any other administrative tasks required to run a showroom, including but not limited to the tasks listed above
Qualifications:
- Experience in design or furniture industry
- Administrative Assistant Certificate or equivalent
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- A clean background check and ability to be bonded
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
