Job Summary
Parker Johnston Industries Ltd, a Victoria family-run company, is seeking Architectural Sheet Metal/Construction Labourers to join their team. Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time.
Salary: Starting wage $18.00 - $22.00/ hr or based on experience.
Parker Johnston Industries may provide the training necessary for Apprentices to become Journeyman
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist with installing, repairing, and replacing metal roofing, flashing, and cladding safely and correctly on residential and commercial roofs.
Use power tools, and hand tools to cut, bend, shape, and finish sheet metal roofing, cladding panels, and flashing.
Assist in general labour work on job sites and in shop area
Other duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience will be highly desirable.
Must be able to work at heights and in all types of weather.
Driver’s license an asset.
Must be able to communicate in English.
