Sullivan Fuels is looking for a new team member in our New Glasgow, NS location. You will be responsible for overseeing our service department as well as service billing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling service technicians including receiving and dispatching service calls
- Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls
- Set up and update customer accounts.
- Assess situation and prioritize calls
- Billing of service invoices to customer accounts.
- Provide support for technicians.
- Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner
- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions
- Manage customer complaints and concerns.
- Coordinate equipment orders with technicians
- Maintain price lists for technicians
- Answer phones, take oil calls, payments, etc., as needed
- Other duties as directed or required.
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in a service manager and/or dispatch role.
- Experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook and be technically savvy.
- Experience and knowledge of delivery or transport vehicles.
- Excellent ability to listen, analyze and adapt to change.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $35,000.00-$40,500.00 per year
