- Structural/Architectural technology diploma/certificate, Architecture degree, or equivalent
- Proficient in BIM software programs, including Revit and AutoCAD
- 10-15 years of relevant drafting experience (structural, building envelope, and roofing)
- Certification as an A.Sc.T is preferred
