About This Opportunity
As a Sr. Manager, Regional Sales you will play an integral part of the business overall revenue. You will be responsible for maximizing profitable sales opportunities by thoroughly understanding the complexities of the channel or customer's business and building enduring relationships based on trust and integrity with the customer's senior management team.
The Sr. Manager, Region Sales will support over 100+customers based out of our Central Operating Unit as well as national accounts to insure both customers and the businesses objectives and strategies are met.
This is a remote position with the office base in Brampton. Reporting to the Director of Regional Sales.

Responsibilities
- Support & Development of assigned team to perform the following:
- Strategic selling - develops and successfully sells customer plans that include contract renewals, annual CMA's, new business acquisitions, strategic and tactical pricing plans and promotional plans that align with and support the customer's and the Coca-Cola systems business objectives and strategies;
- Work collaboratively with Customer Marketing Manager in channel or customer specific programs that support customer back & mutual priorities and develop value added marketing content
- Develop the Sales team through coaching, supporting development action plans, and performance management;
- Develop a customized business plan addressing the critical needs of the customer while delivering Coke system budgeted profit and volume;
- Develop collaboratively with customers a price/package plan that generates desired results for both customer and Coke system;
- Conduct post promotional analysis measuring the success levels of promotions making any necessary changes to price/package plan;
- Communicate weekly with team & Director discussing promotional plans, display commitments and establishing profit & volume goals;
- Sell-in and implement regional or national promotional strategies for the introduction of new brands and packages;
- Work with Account Executives to gain key market and customer insights.
- Attend trade shows and host customer events that help align ourselves better with the customer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, College Diploma is preferred and/or equivalent working experience
- 5-8 years of experience in consumer goods or food service industry is required;
- Proven experience managing a team or leading projects through indirect employee management;
- Minimum of 3 years in sales/marketing and major account management experience;
- Experience in developing successful annual business plans and price/package for retail customers;
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communications skills are a must; and
- Periodic bending, kneeling, pulling, and/or lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing may be required.
