As Senior Front-End Developer, you will work as part of the Product team to build out our product offering and deliver high-quality user experiences. Senior Front-End Developers coordinate with other cross functional teams in our organization to support various objectives and initiatives. The Senior Front-End Developers will estimate and manage project timelines and risks. The developer will contribute to defining strategic direction, roadmap, as well as handle large-scale technical debt and refactoring. You will be a mentor to your team and your contributions will have a direct impact in our organization and the lives of our users.

About You

- 5+ years of professional experience as a senior software developer
- Demonstrated success designing software architecture and contributing to product roadmaps and framework
- Expert knowledge of Javascript and HTML/CSS
- In depth experience with front-end frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular
- Experience working in complex environments guiding products through a complete lifecycle
- Ability to develop sophisticated solutions to complex problems
- Ability to recognize tool stack feasibility and shortcomings as well having the capability to address these limitations
- Comfortable working with Agile processes, principles, and understanding the importance of delivering value to users
- Experience participating in code review and signing off on large features.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to develop solutions for issues outside main area of responsibility
- Proven leadership capabilities leading, nurturing, and mentoring L4 and L5 developers
- Experience working directly with stakeholders, product managers, partners (both internal and externally).
- A vested interest in building a shared technical culture in terms of best practices, mentorship, knowledge sharing, process improvements, documentation and more
- Strong resonance with our product vision and values of curiosity, empathy, excellence, simplicity, and execution
- Demonstrated awareness of the importance of well-designed, maintainable code

Bonus points for:

- Experience managing multiple mid to junior-level developers or cross-disciplinary teams
- Javascript performance expertise
- Deep knowledge of CSS
