You will be working collaboratively with other co-workers to manage and improve sales activities, including supervising contracts, driving sales revenue, and managing customer and related sales performance.

Job Title

Marketing/Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned prospects and/or clients using customer-focused selling techniques and cultivating stronger sales relationships through prospecting, lead follow-up, and relationship development.

• Meet with current customers on an ongoing basis to maintain and expand upon existing relationships by evaluating changing client needs.

• Conduct market research to determine clients’ needs and expectations and create innovative marketing campaigns to attract more clients.

• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts

• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target clients through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)

• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

• Represent the company at tradeshows and community organizations and events to enhance image and involvement, as well as develop referral sources

• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure ongoing integrity of account information in client lists and/or databases, coordinate client mailings and communications

• Contact prospective clients through different communication channels including cold calls, email, and/or in-person visits.

Qualifications:

• BA in marketing, communications, or equivalent

• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to prioritize and support a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.

• A passionate self-starter who is eager to learn new skills and apply learnings to advance Sahin Consulting’s vision and mission

• Superior interpersonal skills and professional presence necessary to interact with internal and external stakeholders

• Proven Minimum 1-year experience as a Marketing/Sale Coordinator or similar role (preferably at a recruitment agency).

• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.

• Working experience with Google Ads, Instagram ads, and web analytics is an asset.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools desired

• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools

• Strong communication skills (written and oral)

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Experience in a recruitment agency is an asset
