This is a forward facing front line role that has you conversing with customers and showcasing the New Ford product line, as well as any pre-owned vehicles available! Strong traits required of Sales Advisors are related to customer satisfaction, attention to detail, strong communication, problem solving skills, and an enthusiastic and energetic attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a welcoming environment for customers.
• Working with clients to determine their needs and wants.
• Presenting the appropriate vehicle that will meet the needs and wants of the client.
• Showcasing vehicle features and performance.
• Presenting payment options.
• Customer satisfaction follow up and commitment to client relationships.
• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Key Requirements and Experiences

• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Customer service experience
• Basic mathematical skills and understanding of basic units of measurement
• Basic computer skills (e.g. ability to use and navigate Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel, and web-based training
• Attention to detail
• Motivated to assist others

Pay will be discussed based on the candidate, experience, and suitability for the position.
