What you will do . . .
- Prepare and process sales and service purchase orders, bills of sale, price sheets, invoices, etc.
- Enter data, manage, and reconcile filing systems
- Assist with vehicle marketing and showroom merchandising
- Photograph vehicles and create vehicle listing descriptions
- Occasionally welcome guests by phone and in person in a friendly and inviting manner
- Source and post features + photos for website and social media
- Track vehicle inventory physical locations
What you will need to be part of our great team . . .
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Word + Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including superb telephone demeanor
- Well organized and consistent – can be relied upon to complete ongoing responsibilities
- Flexible and open to change and taking on other tasks as needed
· Warm, energetic and positive personality
- Professional appearance aligned with representing a luxury brand
- One year of reception and/or office administration related experience preferred
