Sales Administrative Assistant
Kuwalla Tee is a leading Montreal based streetwear clothing company. Founded in 2012 Kuwalla Tee is a young and dynamic brand that continues to expand from season to season. We are a family business in its initial growth stage looking to grow our team.
We are looking for a dynamic person to fill the important role of Sales Administrator Assistant. You will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of daily orders, ensuring the sales team linesheets for major retailers are up to date, while monitoring inventory levels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Making sure orders are entered into the computer system and processed.
- Allocation and creating pick tickets for the warehouse.
- Creating order sheets & pricelists using NuOrder & DSCO for majors such as Hudsons Bay, Nordstrom & Foot Locker.
- Generating UPC codes.
- Working with the sales team ensuring order forms are up to date.
- Update customers on back-orders or any other issues
- Understand which clients are priority for shipments and ensuring shipments of orders in a timely manner.
- Preparing reports as required
- Look at ways to continuously improve processes
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual French / English – written and spoken
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of EDI, NuOrder, a great asset
- Have great customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Experience with B2B and B2C support
- Have strong problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn
- Team Player, willing to help out when needed
- Experience in Apparel a great asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
