Territory Includes: (Mississauga to Kingston)


A Dynamic goal-oriented sales professional with tenacity, winning spirit, and the ability to be a strong performer in a fast-paced team environment. The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the assigned Fabricator customer groups and is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization. In addition to building existing business relationships the Business Development Manager will also be identifying new opportunities within their channel market.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze the market on an ongoing basis to ensure proper understanding of ALL competitor information and segmentation.
  • Maximize sales and specification of Caesarstone products
  • Support with payment collections if needed and is responsible for all customer communications and conflict resolution.
  • Educate customers on product properties, use and applications, so that they in turn will influence consumers positively to choose Caesarstone.
  • Ensure that promotional product displays are implemented and maintained at the point of sale
  • Call on all clients “In Person” on a regular basis to ensure they have adequate support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Regional Manager of any problems that may arise.
  • Works with the Warranty Department to resolve any issues related to fabricator installations.
  • Gather market information from clients on their use of Caesarstone and other brands, regarding quality, color selection, service, installation, etc.
  • Ensures that all internal order processes and procedures are followed
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the customer and the customer service team
  • Understands company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the customer.
  • Keep an up-to-date database (CRM) on all customer accounts; capture appropriate details of activities

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional sales capacity, account management, business development and brand building in competitive B2C or B2B environment
  • Experience in the Building Material and/or Kitchen and Bath Industry would be an asset
  • Ability to self-motivate and conduct business with minimal supervision
  • Proven track record in delivering results and adding significant value in building Brand Equity
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Strong track record of excellence in achieving sales targets
  • Dependable and team oriented
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Able to work with tight deadlines in a multi-task, high priority environment
  • Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, with strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft suite of products, SF CRM.


WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Frequent travel is required, often up to several hours of driving per day.
  • Ability to travel to, attend, and conduct presentations.
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
