As a member of our team, you'll clean residences located in Fernie and the surrounding area. We offer extended health benefits (full-time employees only), flexible work days, Goldstar uniforms, cleaning supplies and transportation between jobs. Hourly rates start at $20.00 per hour.

Duties include:

• Teams clean 2- 5 residences, per day
• Dusting, wiping, vacuuming and washing of all floors
• Clean washrooms and kitchens
• Change linens and make beds
• Remove all garbage and recycling from premises
• Secure and alarm premises upon exit
• Adhere to cleaning checklists and protocols
• Complete training sessions, as required
• Adhere to all BC Occupational Health and Safety Regulations
• All other duties, as assigned

Key Skills/Abilities

• Punctual and reliable
• Self-motivated, pro-active logical decision maker
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
• Physically able to bend, reach, crouch and lift during work shifts
• Attention to detail, ability work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience is considered an asset
• Able to effectively read, write and speak English
• Possess a valid BC Driver's License
• Access to reliable transportation to and from work
• Currently residing in Fernie or a nearby community.
