Compensation:

• Our office rewards hard work and dedication, working above and beyond expectations will not be unnoticed

• Compensation will be provided as both a standard base amount and an additional amount earned per completed sale

Qualifications:

• Must be energetic and self-disciplined

• Must have good time management skills

• Strong communication and decision-making skills

• Understanding of basic sales techniques and willingness to grow

• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with spreadsheets

• Must be flexible with schedule [evenings and weekends when required]

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Advertise available properties and conducting property tours as part of marketing activities through independently hosted online ads and marketing tools

• Expand social media influence by creating social media groups/pages on various platforms to raise brand awareness

• Create lease applications and assisting with the verification of application information.

• Inspecting properties when tenants take occupation and vacate

• Liaise with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns.

• Setup of multiple comprehensive CRM (customer relationship management) systems to manage customer information for both rentals and customer services.

• Update various rental processes to better appeal to the clients as well as to adapt to the changing market.

• Build business collaborations and partnerships with organizations to aid rental operation
