Health and wellness professionals will develop and design our women-focused wellness programs in accordance with Club Well’s brand and industry standards. We are seeking highly experienced and professional RMTs, who are passionate about their personal growth and delivering exceptional customer service. Positions available in full-time and part-time roles.

Primary Role Responsibilities

• Provides guests/clients with treatment adhering to the Club Well’s standards of consistency and protocol and within the framework of the regulations established by the CMTO
• Contributes to our objective of offering an exceptional experience for every guest by anticipating needs
• Develop and create personalized treatment plans
• Ensures proper documentation of post-treatment notes indicating (at minimum) techniques used, length of massage, and health conditions
• Ensures massage rooms are kept neat, clean and clutter free and all equipment is in safe and working order
• Actively promotes retail sales through educating, recommending and up-selling products to our guests; working towards a commission split
• Collaborates with other team members to help clients achieve their goals
• Educates staff on innovations and trends in the industry
• Participates in the ongoing additions and enhancements of treatments and techniques included in the program
• Participates in finding solutions to any issues or concerns that may present a challenge to the department or business
• Provides coverage for other RMT's as and when required

Qualifications

• Current registration with the CMTO (The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario) license, in good standing
• RMT experience (2+ years)
• Proof of valid liability/malpractice insurance
• Effective communicator (English written and spoken)
• Active listener
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with other team members
• Passionate about innovative wellness approaches and techniques
• Positive, nurturing and caring disposition
