Royal Academy Montessori Preschoolis dedicated to providing a safe, secure, and supportive environment for all involved. The staff are responsible for the health, safety and well-being of all the children. The center's program is designed to meet the needs of the children and to develop their physical, social, emotional, creative, and cognitive well-being.
We have partnered with some great companies/organizations to ensure that our center is up to date and staff have the ability for continuous learning. Organizations include PIRS (Peel Inclusion Resource Services), CDRCP (Child Development Resource Connection Peel) as well as RTB (Raising the Bar).
Skills Required:- Leadership skills- Ability to take initiative- Work as a team - Love for working with children- Positive interactions- Able to communicate with parents effectively (able to communicate difficult information gently)- Good behavior management skills- lead a classroom- Good role model- Solid understanding of the CCEYA.
Qualifications required:
- MUST BE an RECE (recent graduates welcome)
- First Aid and CPR
- ECE Diploma
- Medical Clearance & up to date immunizations (tetanus & MMR)
-Police Reference check and Venerable Sector Check required.
