Registered Early Childhood Educator Job at Gold Circle Early Childhood Daycare
We are looking for an enthusiastic Registered ECE Daycare Teacher who loves working with children and who will be part of a team that will plan and implement a culturally-based childcare program designed to give each child an opportunity to participate in experiences that will enable them to reach their full potential.
You'll be a great fit if you have experience with the following:
- Providing nurturing care and education to the children.
- Support parents through ongoing communication about each child’s development.
- Work collaboratively with other childcare staff, community partners, families and children.
- Responsible for the continuous supervision, safety, and well-being of the children.
- Shares in the responsibility for planning, preparing and implementing stimulating, culturally based, age-appropriate activities that encourage children’s creativity and learning and promote each child’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development.
- Participates in the supervision, training and mentoring of students and supply teachers.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Early Childhood Education Diploma
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and initiative
Creative problem-solving skills
Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
CPR & First Aid
Police Reference Check & Vulnerable Sector
Park and Recreational Experience'

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
