About the job:

  • Manages all Campus and student logistical needs
  • Safety Coordinator for Campus operations
  • Front desk customer service delivery and mentor
  • In-bound call customer service and general data entry
  • Managing and coordinating an excellent student experience

About you:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in managing and coordinating an administrative workload
  • Highly efficient and responsible
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent computer literacy ; experience with Microsoft Teams an asset
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi task
  • Ability to exercise good judgement and decision making ability
