About the role

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with the Senior Recruitment team and Department Leaders to find top talent across a variety of our teams and manage a best-in-class candidate experience. You will be responsible for strategically sourcing candidates for our open reqs, as well as creating/organizing the logistical arms and legs of Recruitment (scheduling, creating resources and collateral etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Recruitment Team to understand hiring needs and develop strategies/approaches to candidate sourcing
  • Develop unique sourcing strategies to surface top passive candidates
  • Support Lead Recruiters on strategic searches while developing your own pipeline and curate detailed/personalized inmails to top-tier candidates — we care much more about the quality of the people we bring on board than the quantity of interviews we hold
  • Communicate updates and incorporate input within each project on a daily basis without being asked — we need self-starters who are proactive about their own growth as well as new organizational ideas on how to iterate on our current hiring process
  • Curate recruitment collateral to hone in on and attract top talent
  • Perform data pulls into recruitment stats via Greenhouse and GSuite documents

What You Bring to the Table

  • You are driven, enthusiastic and able to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
  • 6+ mo of professional experience, preferable in agency/in-house Recruiting or in a sales development capacity (use of Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus)
  • You are highly organized and use proactive time management/multitasking skills
  • You are over communicate with teams and candidates while remaining approachable with candidates and internal stakeholder
  • Have a sense of ownership and accountability for the roles you own while proactively raising questions/issues to leadership team and seek out support when needed
  • Highly motivated to ask questions and learn more through observation or your own research
  • You are solutions-oriented with the ability to Identify and articulate problems, extract insights and propose solutions within function
  • Have a passion for building systems and processes from the ground up and being at the forefront of developing our recruiting programs
  • Passionate about providing an elite candidate experience and hiring best-in-class talent to scale the company
