Tutorax is a tutoring company that provides in-home and in-school tutoring across Canada to students from elementary school to university.

We are looking for a full-time receptionist / customer service who is dynamic, likes to work in a team and who will be able to advise the parents of our students. An overview of your day:

• Handle incoming calls
• Providing future clients (via phone and email) information about our services
• Advise families on the most appropriate service for their needs
• Follow up with parents to keep them informed of the progress of their file
• Open client files
• Provide ideas to help the department evolve to keep up with the rapid growth of the company
• Assist management in all other related tasks

Required Qualifications:

• English (writing and talking)
• Above all, a great personality and proactivity
• We are open to any level of experience, from entry level to experienced
