We are looking for an innovative, ambitious and high energy individual to execute various protocols in the areas of client, visitor, and employee communications.

What will you do?

  • Manage incoming telephone calls from clients, personnel, applicants regarding service requests/changes and general inquiries during business hours, after hours, and on weekends.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and employees and communicate with them in-person, by phone, and/or email using appropriate etiquette.
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Fluency in both verbal and written Cantonese.
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening.
  • Experience working in a long-term care sector preferred.
  • Flexibility in hours and ability to work evenings and weekends.
