ACASS, a leading provider of international business aviation support solutions is looking for a friendly, reliable, and highly professional bilingual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Position profile
As a key member and collaborator on our administrative team, in this position you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, receiving, and directing incoming calls and mail, supporting office upkeep, managing meeting/conference room bookings, and ensuring our facilities always meet the highest organizational standards. This role supports other departments with administrative tasks and serves as the welcoming and courteous face of ACASS.

Key responsibilities
- Answer, filter, and redirect incoming calls.
- Greet guests at reception.
- Manage conference room reservations.
- Manage ACASS's contact records.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks.
- Proactively maintain office upkeep.
- Assist with hospitality service for guests and special events.
- Provide administrative support to other departments, as needed.
- Collaborate on special projects and company event planning.
Qualifications

- Can quickly build a rapport with others (over the phone and in person).
- Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and are fluent in English and French.
- Have an interest and an aptitude for learning new systems and processes.
- Pride yourself in your attention to detail and organizational skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in Customer Service (preferably in a hospitality environment). Reception or administrative experience is preferred.
- CEGEP or equivalent in related field is preferred.
- Experience in the aviation industry is an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an upbeat, friendly, and professional demeanour.
- Organized and detail oriented with great time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Comfortable interacting with people across the organization and high-profile clients.
- Punctual and dependable team player with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Strong computer literacy with an interest in embracing technology and the aptitude to learn new systems.
- Experience working with a CRM – ideally Salesforce – is preferred.
