We are searching for a highly detailed and professional photographer to add to our team. Listing Pros will be hiring one full-time contractor who will be responsible for capturing Photo, Video and RMS of listings. With this opportunity, you will not be required to edit any photo or video content.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT (Contractor must possess the following):

• Full-Frame Camera (capable of shooting minimum 60 fps at 1080 p and 4k at 30 fps or better)
• Compatible Full-Frame Lens (no APS-C lens, minimum range must be 17mm or lower)
• Drone, Basic Drone License
• Tripod
• Stabilizer with 2-handed grip

Other equipment required to fulfill contractor responsibilities will be providing by Listing Pros.

We prefer someone with Real Estate experience, but it is not necessary as in-depth training will be provided to the right candidate.

About this role:

You will be responsible for capturing content, photos and video, for real estate marketing purposes. You will also be responsible for measuring properties according to RECA's RMS Guideliness. We provide all equipment and training pertaining to capturing measurements.

As our company continues to grow we urgently need photographers who have an eye for presentation, are hardworking and meticulous with what they create.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capturing photos and videos of Real Estate
• Capturing drone footage
• Taking measurements of properties (RMS)
• Meeting daily deadlines (uploading)
• Commuting to and from locations
• Interacting with homeowners, builders and agents professionally
• Patiently assisting clients or homeowners in preparing properties for presentation and shooting

Your Qualifications

• Available and willing to work on weekdays and weekends
• Ability to learn and apply quickly
• Positive can-do attitude
• Enthusiastic about learning new skills
• Pay attention to details in each shot
• Willingness to understand how to present differing properties
• Internet with high upload speed
• Creative and passionate about creating digital content
• Highly punctual with shoot appointments and deadlines
• Real Estate Experience (preferred)

• Reliable vehicle to travel to and from properties
• Photography experience is required
• Videography experience is required
• Basic Drone License is required
