Your New Role.

As a Project Coordinator, you play a key part in the Flagship management team and you will participate in various aspects of the overall end to end execution & success of the projects assigned to you. You will oversee multiple tasks varying in complexity taking responsibility and contributing to the project being completed on time & on budget You will work closely with assigned project managers, subcontractors, suppliers site supervisors and carpenters.

• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and well versed in the tools & technology needed to manage multiple tasks and projects
• Motivation to tackle projects and tasks head on with a can-do attitude
• Ability to think outside of the box and solve problems as they arise.
• Self-starter and always one step ahead of what's expected
• Love for the details with a focus on the big picture.
• You're looking for a career, not just a job.
• Ability to read architectural drawings & blueprints
• Experience in documentation control and highly organized
• Safety oriented mindset with experience completing safe work plans, hazard assessments and other paperwork
• Familiar with Office 365 Basic Suite.
• Valid Drivers License & ability to obtain necessary clearances upon hire
• 3 Years minimum experience in commercial construction
• Experience in project coordination is required.
• Certification of Construction Management program would be considered an asset.

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
