What does a day look like in my role?

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for researching, designing and validating potential features that will be added to our Delivra product. You will work directly with customers and internal teams, including product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, training, and support, to drive initiatives from inception through delivery and measurement to ensure we continue to deliver amazing experiences for our customers.


We’re looking for amazing people with experience sending products to market in an iterative way. You are creative, analytical and detail-oriented; curious, persistent, and ready to learn; self-managed and closure oriented; collaborative yet independent.


As our Product Manager, you will be working for Redbrick Technologies in supporting and developing our Delivra product and brand. We are open to remote candidates across BC, but ideally, this person will be located in Victoria, BC, to join the Redbrickers (on a hybrid basis) in our state-of-the-art office headquarters.


We get it: You want to know what you’re signing up for before you apply, right? This is what you need to know: As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining expert knowledge of the Delivra product.
  • Utilizing data to make informed decisions and measure impact.
  • Performing competitive research and gap analysis to ensure the product maps to customer and market requirements.
  • Driving improved customer value and retention by engaging with customers to understand the ways they use our product.
  • Advocating for customer needs in product roadmap planning and sprint planning sessions.
  • Eliciting requirements using various techniques, including interviews, group facilitation, prototyping, data analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and workflow analysis.
  • Building relationships and driving clear communication in an organized and knowledgeable manner.
  • Partnering with marketing, sales and operations on go-to-market strategy.

What we would like to see in you.

Everyone across Redbrick has three things in common: We’re curious, hungry, and good-humoured. We try our best to balance hard work with good, old-fashioned fun. As a Product Manager working with our Delivra product, these are extra specialties we’re on the lookout for:


  • 4+ years of product experience at a SaaS company.
  • Experience working with an email marketing/automation product is strongly desired.
  • Experience creating a product roadmap and prioritizing the backlog.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated experience creating documentation for requirements, use cases, functional specifications, and workflows.
  • Experience working with JIRA and Figma. Experience with Appcues, Photoshop and Invision is a plus.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing technologies is a plus.
