Duties and responsibilities:
- Negotiate programs, pricing and position with suppliers
- Develop and manage position statements, and reports predominantly in MS Excel
- Communicate programming, pricing, supply and product features to retail staff
- Work with retails on diligent inventory management
- Facilitate business builder tactics that drive the business
- Create positive working relationships with staff and suppliers
- Promote product stewardship with staff and customers
- Present at employee and customer meetings as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agriculture, specifically in crop inputs.
- Experience in supply chain management is an asset
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail
- Demonstrated strong analytical and MS Excel experience
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently. A “Go-Getter”
- Strong teamwork, communication and sales skills
- Diploma or degree in a related discipline, preferably in agriculture or business
- Ability to travel

Salary: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
