In accordance with pharmacy legislation and store policies, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for ensuring a safe and productive work environment that delivers superior patient care and customer service. It is the Pharmacy Manager's responsibility to understand and support the roles of other pharmacy team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree of Pharmacy
• Licensed by the Alberta College of Pharmacy with a valid pharmacy license with no restrictions to practice.
• Alberta College of Pharmacy Licensee Education Program completion
• Prior experience in a Retail Pharmacy preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of various prescriptions and over the counter medications.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Substantial attention-to-detail required.
• Initiative is required to organize time, meet deadlines without instruction.
• Responsible for decisions made and actions taken.
• Ability to work a minimum 40 hours a week including days, evening and weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Customer first attitude and approach.

• pharmacist: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
