Kenworth Ontario is currently looking for a talented Parts Advisor to join our dedicated team. Reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Advisor will be an integral part of our team continuously delivering exceptional service, value and performance to our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Delivering a high level of customer service
• Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis
• Process customer orders through the computer system ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery service
• Utilizing the computer system to look up the correct parts for repairs.
• Assist the technicians in meeting their parts demands
• Assist in purchasing, receiving and stocking orders

Qualifications and Skills:

• Working knowledge of heavy-duty equipment and their parts OR willingness to learn
• Parts department experience
• Previous retail experience
• Team player
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with other employees and in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure/ work in a fast-paced environment
• Shipping and receiving experience
