Position Description:
The primary responsibility of the Partner Renewal Specialist (PRS) is to assist our client’s partners to become engaged and enabled with our client’s products and programs:
- To provide proactive support to our client’s partners. Support will include multiple categories ranging from assisting a partner in reviewing upcoming renewal opportunities to coaching and supporting them on the renewal process (detailed training will be provided).
- To provide administrative functions and reporting activities as required. These include tracking and reporting renewal progress, recording partner renewal activities accomplished, reporting on key positive accomplishments, and documenting issues with recommendations.
- To provide clear direction for our client’s partners to accomplish certain tasks. These include identifying upcoming renewals, certifying renewal completion, entering partners’ renewals in our client’s portal, utilizing the client’s predictive analytics for upcoming opportunities, developing action item lists for follow-up, tracking the status of partners’ progress against the action item lists, and documenting the status of each partner.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
The candidate must have:
- At least two (2) years of inbound/outbound telesales experience, preferably in a sales position.
- The ability to clearly communicate on the telephone in English (North American time zone) and demonstrate excellent writing/communication
- Experience using Google Workspace I.E. Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.
- The ability to enter data into spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Emphasis is on Word and email utilization.
- The highest standard of customer satisfaction throughout the entire process of engaging and enabling partners.
- The skills required to develop very positive and productive relationships with the client’s partners, sales teams, and managers.
- Strategic thinking and problem solving.
In addition:
- Experience with the CRM Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Experience in the Information Technology market is a plus.
