Part-time Marketing Assistant – 12 month contract

This is an 12-month part-time position (16 – 20 hours per week) with the possibility of becoming a permanent position. The candidate will be required to attend our Chilliwack location for meetings on a regular basis.

As a Part-time Marketing Assistant, you will:

Assist the Marketing Coordinator with various tasks in a part-time capacity of 16 to 20 hours per week performing a range of job duties that include:

  • Uniform ordering coordination
  • Travel coordination
  • Training coordination
  • Shopify maintenance and improvements
  • Purchasing for online sales
  • eCommerce analysis and recommendations
  • Event assistance
  • Other marketing support as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite
  • 2 years of Experience in Purchasing
  • 2 years of Shopify or other eCommerce product experience
  • Previous marketing experience preferred
  • Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred
