The Operation Specialist role receives, investigates, and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints regarding banking products and services; processes basic bank service transactions. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, performs a wide range of advanced administrative/operational assignments.

What will you do?
- Review Commercial Credit Requests (CCR) and ensure transaction details are clearly defined, clarify with Relationship Managers and/or Commercial Account Managers where required.
- Prepare the client Credit Agreements incorporating standard/non-standard verbiage and ensuring all terms and conditions as outlined on the approved CCR are included.
- Prepare security document(s) as outlined in the approved CCR.
- Effectively complete Agreements with a Client first and doing it right the first time mindset.
- Continually adapt to change and be flexible to pivot where required.
What you need to succeed?
Must- have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Keen ability to deliver on tight timelines where required to maintain a superior level of client service
- Leads by example, demonstrates the Leadership Model behaviors consistently creating a positive and productive work environment on a consistent daily basis
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Accurately defines problems and identifies relevant factors while objectively considering alternatives and anticipating the client impact of possible solutions
- Flexible to work various shifts within the business hours of 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday; and willing to work 12pm – 8pm shifts on a rotating basis, with occasional overtime as needed during peak periods.
Nice-to-have:
- Previous experience in documentation preparation.
- University degree or related equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Business Lending/credit policies, procedures and Legal framework as it relates to Credit Transaction and Collateral Security Documentation including operational risk and mitigation techniques
- Working knowledge of Synergy, Casper, Odyssey, Sales Platform,
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
