Job Responsibilities:

· Process, administer and distribute daily mail, faxes, and courier pick-ups and deliveries.
· General office duties; photocopy and scan documents; print and bind documents, as required.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and follow up on timelines and deliverables.
- Be committed to the process of continual improvement.
- Provide quality customer service to our external and internal customers.
- Leads by example with integrity.
· Other tasks and special projects may be assigned by the direct supervisor.
Must be organized and well-versed in social media such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
