We are currently looking for an OT in our Kamloops clinic. With additional clinics in Kelowna, Vernon, Vancouver and Penticton, this job would be well suited to someone who might want to explore different areas of the province in future.

This position will have an adult caseload with potential for some pediatrics, if desired.

Full-time hours are guaranteed, but we pay our therapists by the hour in order to allow for a fully flexible schedule. Even though we have flexible work hours, our staff still receive the benefits of being employees, including paid sick-days, vacation, and extended health benefits. Unlike a sub-contracting company, we can provide ongoing mentorship, education and training to our therapy team. For example, every employee in our company has weekly mentorship sessions with a senior therapist. We strive to build lasting relationships with our staff members and have many opportunities for advancement within the company.
