You will
- Contribute to the branding and positioning for new communities
- Contribute to the strategy, documentation and evolution of a Master Marketing Program for our communities
- Support, and in some instances oversee, the development and roll-out out of marketing deliverables including community brochures, hand-outs, signs, websites, e-blasts, direct mailers, etc.
- Support, and in some instances oversee, the planning and execution of community and corporate events
- Contribute to the planning and management of media, online and offline (yes, we still love offline!)
- Manage the strategy and roll-out of marketing content i.e., community website news/blogs/resources, community e-blasts, photography and videography
- Assist team members with general office administration, CRM, meeting prep, couriers, inventory and distribution of marketing collateral, award submissions, and invoicing
- Contribute to our market intelligence via regular site visits and attendance at industry functions
- Track, analyze and present marketing metrics and results, including website analytics
- Continue to build strong relationships with our builder partners, developer partners and marketing consultants/ partners
You have
- A minimum of 2 years of previous work experience in a marketing role, preferably in the real estate industry
- A post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design
- A willingness to continue your education in Real Estate and Marketing
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A valid driver license
- The ability and willingness to travel to Edmonton, Vancouver and California
