Logistics Coordinator
XAN Logistics Systems is an asset-based transportation logistics company specializing in temperature-controlled and time-sensitive truck loads. We are experts in cross-border trucking, logistics, and heated and refrigerated freight transportation.
Requirements:
- Coordinate drivers)for inbound and outbound runs, and monitor supply chain operations.
- Coordinate and assign equipment and load to drivers based on customer needs and driver available hours. Develop solutions that maximize driver efficiency and earnings.
- Monitor drivers with the onboard ELD system and HOS compliance.
- Ensure driver remain compliant with DOT regulations and company rules.
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.·
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Effectively manage accounts and maintain relationships with clients.
- Provide exceptional service to our carriers and customers.
- Ensure shipment details are accurately communicated and tracked in the system.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Skills
- Knowledge of US and CA transportation business lines, load rates and border crossing procedures are mandatory requirements!!
- This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and a focus on delivering results that positively impact the business
- Must be a self-starter who takes initiative and drives results
- Strong leadership skills including working with a variety of people at all levels of the business
Compensation
Based on the experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
