Licensed and Reliable vehicle required. This is a start Up I Bought a Augusta Lawn Care Franchise and will be Converting October. We are filling up the schedule and might not have full time hours till end of May but we will communicate. Requirements are: Sober No Smoking or Vaping CSA Approved shoes and Tan work Pants are Required I will supply the shirts and Hoodies. This is a Professional Lawncare and simple landscaping services company. We will mostly be mowing lawns Monday-Saturday Mowing up to 20 residential lawns a day in Red Deer. We will be doing some hedge trimming, Weed spraying, fertilizing and spring and fall clean ups followed by Snow Removal in The winter. I’m looking for someone out of High School that wants to grow with me into a bigger successful company I am the Owner and you will be starting out with me. I Am Implementing P4P Pay for Performance you will be making 16.5% of the Trucks revenue tracked by an app on your phone. Everyday you will know the Revenue of each job and get a base pay of $21/hr. up to $35hr on P4P! depending on our Efficiency. I want you to think and work like an Owner Have a good day!
