Job Description: Landscape Team Members (Snow Season)

As a Team Member your focus will be on the assistance of all day to day activities involved in the completion of residential Landscape construction projects, landscape maintenance services, and Snow clearing services while providing customers with a professional experience

Responsibilities:

• During Winter Months you will be required to clear snow with a shovel and apply salt to walkways.
• You will work with a team to complete the work
• During Summer Months you will Assist in the safety, quality and productivity of work at sites
• Carry out required tasks assigned by crew leaders or management
• Operate various tools and equipment, including: heavy equipment, cut off saws, jackhammers, laser levels, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, mowers, trimmers, blowers etc.
• Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning on a daily basis
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications to delegate/complete work activities
• Arrive to required jobsite or at OGS yard on time and ready for the day
• Comply with all company policies and regulations
• Complete all work activities in a safe and efficient manner, and be compliant with government and company PPE standards
• Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations on jobsites
• Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner

Job Requirements:

• Must work well with assigned crew and complete assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner
• Quality of Construction and Maintenance must be meet OGS Landscape standards
• Complete all required “New Hire” Training before starting with OGS

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $22.00 per hour

• Evenings
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
