They seek a Kitchen Manager in Orleans to oversees the daily operations of the kitchen including the managing, scheduling, training, and control over food/labour costs. The Kitchen Manager leads the team during operations focusing on serving perfect food, every time, and working with a sense of purpose and urgency. Additionally, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, receiving and preparation of all foodstuffs according to policies and practices. The Kitchen Manager is responsible for ensuring that the most important people, their guests and team members have an excellent experience from start to finish.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years previous restaurant management experience in a high-volume KM role in a comparable restaurant environment, ideally with pizza
- Strong leadership skills to train and mentor our Team Members.
- Strong organization skills and effective planning to reach set goals. These skills need to be executed in day-to-day restaurant situations and in business planning.
- Strong computer skills and basic software experience.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills including conflict resolution.
- Willing to take on challenges to move the business forward.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop and motivate Team Members.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Previous experience with scheduling, labour and product cost control, inventory.
- Smart Serve Certification required
