Journeyperson Welder Job at Nuna Logistics Limited
The Nuna Logistics Ltd is now accepting resumes for an experienced
Welder (s) with large earthworks construction projects experience. This is a camp position located in Ontario, with an anticipated rotation of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
Location: COTE GOLD MINE - TIMMINS / GOGAMA ONTARIO
We offer:
- 2 week on / 2 week off rotations; 12 hour days.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete assigned projects safely and on time
- Ensure all Client and Company Safety and Environmental policies are followed
- Maintain and repair structures and/or equipment as required
- Examine and perform welds to meet required standards and/or specifications
- Inspect equipment and advise deficiencies to supervisor
- Maintaining inventory of required welding supplies
- Assist mechanics as required
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Journeyman or Interprovincial Red Seal Welder Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Previous experience with similar position in heavy civil setting
- Previous experience with rotational schedules and remote camp life
- Good physical fitness as this position involves climbing up/down equipment frequently
This is camp position, with an anticipated rotation of 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 12 hour shifts. Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions.
