Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Valid Red Seal Journeyman ticket
• Valid B gas ticket
• Valid Class 5 drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to follow directions
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Must be willing to work hard and have a positive attitude

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret drawings and specifications in order to properly lay out plumbing systems
• Ability to coordinate with other disciplines including General Contractors and Sub-trades
• Strong understanding of the BC plumbing code
• Be able to install plumbing and heating piping systems, plumbing fixtures and equipment, as well as various heating equipment
• Assist with pre-construction coordination including material take-off, procurement, and management
• Ability to manage/supervise a small crew of apprentice plumbers
• Perform other duties as directed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $38.00-$42.00 per hour
