IT Support Technician, Web Developer, Software Developer Job at Cyan Developing Corporation
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team. The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting, as well as excellent knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and operating systems. A valid certification in IT, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), is preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and have the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues. Furthermore, they should have experience with Windows, Linux, Mac, and mobile operating systems, knowledge of remote support tools, scripting and automation tools, and IT security best practices. Additionally, the candidate should have web development and software development capabilities. If you are a creative problem solver and are passionate about IT, this is the job for you!
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
