We are seeking a Inventory Control Administrator to join our team in the dynamic world of aviation

WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS:
Reporting to the Director of Maintenance (DOM), controlling inventory in aviation stores .
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
· Purchasing and receiving
· Domestic and international shipping
· Liaising with accounts payable to settle accounts
· Organizing and maintaining inventory
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
· Excellent organizational skills
· Time management skills
· Proficiency in both word and excel,
· Communication skill, both written and verbal
· A high comfort level in making phone calls
· Knowledge of aircraft tracking software AMS is an asset
· Accounting background an asset
· Possess proven leadership skills and education commensurate with the position
· Must demonstrate behavior that portrays the company core values of safety, respect, trust, collaboration, value, and passion when communicating with all personnel and acting on behalf of the company
