What you will be doing:

This position is based in the Burlington Head office and is primarily responsible for handling the Rockwell lines of Automation and Drive products as well as other products required to address our customers’ automation needs. You will also:
Apply technical expertise to assist customers in their Automation applications in both pre-sales and post sales situations
Provide troubleshooting and backup service for all Automation products sold
Provide customer quotations and information on automation products and systems by phone, one on one, and presentations to customers
Assist and/or deliver product demonstrations and customer training as required

What you bring to the table:

Graduate of a 3-year electrical/electronic technology program or a program which emphasizes automation and control systems
Professional hands-on experience with Sales and/or Customer Service is required
Solid communication (both verbal and written) and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good problem-solving skills
Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite
