The Inside Sales Representative role is accountable for promoting and selling products through outbound and inbound telephone calls to existing and potential customers. This position is specifically focused on securing and growing revenue within a subset of the small law and corporate markets.
About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:
Meet or exceed monthly assigned sales quota based on revenue targets for the smaller end (longtail) of the small law and corporate market
Forecast your sales accurately in Salesforce
Maintain all sales activities and customer information in Salesforce
Build, maintain and enhance client's experience through consultative conversation while asking leading questions and offering superior product knowledge coupled with excellent customer service
Be fully competent in product knowledge and ab to communicate value to the customer
Remain up to date on industry trends
About You
You’re a fit for the role of an Inside Sales Representative if you have:
Working knowledge Customer Relationship Management software: experience with Salesforce a plus
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral (French a plus)
A demonstrated ability to drive high customer contact volume
Able to achieve and exceed sales activity goals
Ability to clearly articulate value proposition of TR products and services to clients, and be able to take clients through the sales stage process to close the sale
Well-developed sales process and negotiation aptitude
High degree of professionalism, customer-centricity, and flexibility
Account management or sales experience preferred
Phone sales or customer service experience with high inbound/outbound call volumes required.
Legal Industry experience a plus
