Human Resources Data Entry Clerk Job at Anishnabeg Outreach Training and Employment Inc
This 35 hour a week/12 week position will support the Human Resource department in the updating and digital archiving of employee files.
Reporting to the HRIS, Payroll & Benefits Administrator, this position is part of a 7-person HR team that supports 145 staff across Ontario.
Movement to computerized data management requires a detail oriented, self-directed individual to ensure the accuracy of active employee information and proper archiving of inactive files.
This position will oversee the integration of paper based collection systems into the Human Resources Information Database (HRIS) SagePeople. As time permits this role may also assist with employee administration.
