You can expect Southern hospitality, homestyle country cookin’, line dancing lessons, mechanical bull riding and boot stompin’ parties!

We are looking for an experienced Host to join our team at Rock 'N' Horse in Toronto.

Responsibilities:

• First and lasting impressionist; greeter for both the arrival and departure of our guests
• Provide guests with a welcome tour and with getting their gear ready for their game
• Assist with keeping courses clean and operational at all times
• Actively on the floor with guests, answering any questions and maintaining pace of play
• Enthusiastic brand ambassador that represents our brand at events, activations and pop ups
• Conduct washroom checks to ensure cleanliness and supplies are in stock
• In constant communication with the team and offers support as required
• Keep an eye on the floor and anticipates the needs of guests and fellow team members
• Other duties as assigned

Must Haves:

• A passion for positive experiences and exceeding customer expectations
• Experience in high volume restaurants and/or bar environments considered an asset
• Positive and forward-thinking attitude
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under varying degrees of business
• Strong team focus
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 45lbs
• Observant, punctual, well-groomed, and able to communicate effectively
• Smart Serve is required

Schedule: Part-Time (Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays)
