Accountabilities:

• Daily operation of the Guest Services desk in the Village Day Lodge, including ticket sales
• Contact position for guests regarding lift tickets, Season Passes sales, winter activities as well as resort information
• Sales Desk duties; selling Sports School lessons to walk-ins
• Deals with guests in an efficient, courteous, respectful, and friendly manner
• Demonstrates a commitment to exceeding the customer’s expectations
• Manages all cash transactions in a secure and accurate manner
• Highly organized and efficient in the workplace
• Always follows company policies and procedures
• Security and accountability of tickets and cash
• Balancing daily sales to computer reports
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Highly developed guest relations skills with the ability to assess the needs and up-sell our products
• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work responsibly and independently
• Strong computer and cash handling skills
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual team player
• Previous customer/guest service experience
• A good knowledge of the regional area and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in selling Sports School lessons an asset
• Well organized with the ability to multi-task and work to tight timelines

This role is eligible for an incentive for successful applicants to receive $1 per hour worked based on completion of a full winter season contract. Conditions apply to this incentive and will be discussed in detail with successful applicants during the interview and at the job offer stage.
