KELSEYS SERVER JOB DESCRIPTION
- To provide the ultimate guest experience
- To be fast courteous and knowledgeable
- To anticipate guests needs before they are needed
- To follow steps of service
- To be punctual for your scheduled shifts
- Be ten minutes early for your shift
- To be in a clean spec uniform
- To smile and thank guests sincerely
- To learn and own both the core food menu and also the bar menu
- To have and own knowledge of all alcohol, pricing and sizing
- To meet your AGC goal (average guest check)
- To provide open menu counts to kitchen as required when there is no host
- To clean what is asked of you as required
- To be positive and operate as a team player
- Help others

- Completed side duties and running duties as required
- To adhere to our expectations that will be clearly outlined during orientation and training
